How Do I Place An Order?

 

1. Online shopping - You can place an order using our online wholesale shop, where you have a choice from over 1000 products. To gain access to our online wholesale shop you first need to fill in the registration form. Next you will need to create a login. Once you have done that, sign in and start your shopping. 

 

2. Making an appointment - As each piece of amber is unique we prefer to make appointments and visit you personally so you can handpick your favourite pieces. Our sales representatives are constantly on the move travelling throughout the UK, so if you would like to view our extensive range please do not hesitate to contact us and schedule an appointment.

Payment and Shipping

 

After you have placed an order, we will check what is available on stock. We aim to have the majority of products available continuously. Once we confirm availability we will issue the invoice for the available items. After payment is complete your parcel will be shipped by means of 1st class post or special delivery, whichever one you requested on check out. 

 

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Our site is secured by SSL protocol which allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Our preferable method of payment is BACS transfer to our account. Alternatively, you can pay using PAYPAL with an extra payment charge of 2.9%.

Repairs & Refunds

​

Our UK based workshop handles all repairs. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will try to repair the item. If that is not possible we will send you a new item or issue a credit note or a refund.
